I offer a seven-working-day returns policy so you can buy in confidence. You can inform me of your wish to return an item, for any reason, within seven working days after the date on which you received the item. You must send the item back to me via a postal service that is recorded (i.e. the post is signed for) or track-able online; and the item must be undamaged and in a fully resale-able condition. I will accept this return and refund you the full purchase price, including all postage costs previously paid by you in connection with the purchase of the item. However, although defective items will be fully refunded, items that are simply unwanted will not be refunded for the postage and buyers will be expected to return the items at their own expense.
